Can I take my course on my iPad?
The courses have been designed to open in almost all browsers and devices. Desktop computer, laptop or an iPad – it’s up to you.
What times can I ring up for support?
Give us a call, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm for free support. If it’s outside these hours, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
How do I know when it's time to do a course again?
On your Dashboard the renewal date is displayed, on the far right column. To make sure you don’t miss this, you (or your manager) will automatically be notified a month in advance, when this renewal date is coming up.
How do I know how am I doing?
Check for the “My performance” on your dashboard. Green means OK, Yellow means REVISE, Red means need to be finished or retaken.
